Unplanned trip

My parents and I hit the road and we didn’t plan anywhere, so we stopped by in Vegas and had some great Korean Food and Boba drinks. I played some of arcade games and won lots of tickets and I exchanged them to toys which was a water gun. And from there to Grand Canyon and I’ve seen very beautiful scenes and at night time I’ve seen so many stars and then I saw a shooting star and I’ve never seen that many stars out at night. The very next day we drove to Canyon Valley Scene and it was phenomenal I can still picture it South rim of Grand Canyon on the way back home we stopped by Zions National Park and hiked up to Angel’s Landing it was difficult, I won’t try for another few years but I will definitely go back to revisit and sometimes I think unplanned trips is a better than planned.

How to make kimchi stew

Today we’ll be walking through steps on how to make a Korean Dish called Kimchi Stew. Step 1, put water in the pot half way and chop the pork and boil together and once the pork is getting cooked then you put decent size of kimchi, first you cut the kimchi into smaller bits and then put it in the water, once it’s boiled and you turn it down to the lower temperature and cut the decent size of the spam and dump it into the water and as soon as tuna goes into the stew. And you put Korean Red Pepper put couple of table spoons in to the stew (It depends on how spicy you want to make the stew.) And then you continue to check to see if the stew over flows or not and then until kimchi is soft enough then you put some sugar in it because sugar does make stew sweet and spicy and you put the beef powder broth and boil it. It will usually take 2 hours with the slow cooking time it makes you to be patient and brings delicious bone appetite.
(Shorter Recipe:

Step 1. put the water and boil with pork
Step 2. put kimchi in the water (spicy cabbage Korean Traditional Food)
Step 3 put spam and tuna in the water
Step 4 cook approximately 2 hours in low temperature.
Step 5 Enjoy and eat)

The disasters of 2021 (Free Write)

After December 31st 2019 ended, it was a new decade, 2020. 2020 at first didn’t seem bad at all until one day, a new virus called “Coronavirus” or in a special term “Covid-19” started to spike! lots of people were catching the virus and had loads of trouble! Everybody went crazy and started to go quarantine, toilet paper ran out, masks ran out, and much more! It was a disaster! Once schools started a lot of people stayed online which basically ruined some experiences like becoming lazy and not even doing work! After a couple of months passed a lot more happened! Riots occurred for BLM and Stopping Asian hate, some popular celebrities died like Kobe Bryant! During 2020 lots of people have suffered. During 2020 even a threat to start world war 3 happened as well! A lot occurred over the months but once 2020 was near an end new good things happened, such as the Covid Vaccine and much more, a lot of people started to go back to in-person school and people were in less of a panic. Some people didn’t trust the vaccine but once 2020 ended a lot of people started to get the vaccine, though we didn’t quite reach our goal of getting everyone vaccinated. The election ended to Biden winning as well! Now it’s 2021, the time seems to be moving a lot faster now, but that might just be me. How I felt during the pandemic

What I felt during the pandemic was really nothing much, just a few worries such as toilet paper and things like that, everyone was going crazy and some were hesitant to wear their masks but most people did which slowed the spread, everyone followed directions doing 6 feet away etc. I was basically stuck at home for a good while, I failed most of my classes and did horribly during the pandemic. but now I’m doing better! Though I got really lazy during the pandemic and ruined my sleep schedule which basically broke me so what I can conclude is that nothing really affected me during quarantine besides laziness and things as such.

2021 Poll Results

The 2021 poll gained a total of 9 responses, a lot of people liked their 4th period more than others.  5th and 6th gained the same amount, 1st and 2nd also gained the same amount.
Most people like Chick-Fil-A more than anything else, Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, and Popeyes all gained the same amount of votes.

In both polls most people like their 4th period and like Chick-Fil-A.

2021 7th Grade Fashion Review

Today we’ll be reviewing 2021 7th grade fashion! What I would say is that a lot of them are mainly basic or such but it still differs on their taste of fashion. Most 7th graders are kind of basic just like me, though some people still wear fancy things or something basic. Some people either really get ready for school and wear nice things like a dress, nice shoes, make up, etc. While some people are basic and just wear shorts and a random t-shirt then call it a day. There can be many fashion choices out there like trendy things or even old trendy things. That being said I wouldn’t rate this years fashion a 10/10, I would maybe rate it around 6/10 or so.

Korean Restaurant Review

A Korean restaurant was a horrible experience when our family went out to eat there for dinner! The food wasn’t that bad but the price and workers were horrible! Prices ranged to 40-100$ and the workers only took our order once and never came to give us our water. They were talking to their friends at another table instead of doing their job. It’s unbelievable how this place is still in business to this day. The workers seemed really lazy and they just sat around doing nothing most of the time. I would definitely not recommend going to this place with your family at all!

 

This is one of the foods that was really expensive just for a small portion, do you think it’s a good price for a small for a small portion?

The food wasn’t so bad but the portion, workers, and price were the main problem!! Still wouldn’t recommend unless you’re in it for the food.

All about me

My name is Michael Kim, four words to describe me is random, funny, friendly-ish, and nice. If I were a sea animal I would be a dolphin because dolphins can be fun and smart. If I could rename myself, my name would just be Michael. In fifty years, I can see myself being old having a good job, and traveling around the world. My slogan would be “WHY ME AH” or “NOT AGAIN”. If I lived off of one food it would be a stew my dad makes. If I had a time machine I would go to the past because 2020 and this year is hard, or maybe I would stay in the present to see if things get better. If I could live anywhere in the world it would be Utah because it’s my home state, but if I could move I would maybe move to Korea.
My favorite jokes are Deez nuts jokes, Your mom jokes, and sometimes dad jokes. I am a single child and have no pets. My favorite subjects in DPMS are Utah Studies, Science, and ELA. Unusual things about me is being weird. The farthest I’ve traveled is to LA. I was given my name because I was given my middle name because it came from an actor or it means the center of the world or the balance of the world.
